 Spring 2024 Parent-Teacher Conferences

Parent-Teacher Conferences will be held on Thursday, March 21, in the evening and Friday, March 22, in the afternoon. Please see the details of the conference schedule below.


Thursday, March 21, from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM

*Friday, March 22, from 12:30 PM to 2:30 PM
(*half day for students from 8:20 AM to 11:30 AM)


As per NYC DOE Public Schools, 
all conferences are strictly virtual and will occur in our virtual Microsoft Teams school. 

You must schedule an appointment before the start of the conference. Parents can schedule appointments until 4:00 PM on March 21 and until 11:30 AM on March 22.

Our House Tutoring Services
After-School & Saturday School

All HSAC students will have opportunities to receive academic support across content areas during the week and select Saturdays.

Parent Events

HSAC has partnered with Richard Celestin Consulting Group LLC to provide our school community with workshops that address the growing need for support among parents as they navigate many responsibilities, with the most critical one centering on educating and inspiring their children toward successful pathways.

These workshops will equip parents with tools to enhance their parenting skills while allowing them to receive essential information geared toward personal and professional growth.

Lunch Forms

Attention Students and Parents: Lunch is now free for all students in NYC Public Schools. However, for our school to receive continued funding to sustain instructional programs, supplies, and staffing (including fee waivers such as College Board AP Exams), all parents, regardless of income, must complete an online School Meals Form. This information can be found in the "School Meals Program" section on our website.
