Your child's privacy is a top priority. To help you understand your rights, NYCPS has created two new, easy-to-use resources in the clickable links below:
- Privacy Packet: A complete download that includes the flyer, a family letter, and the official annual notices (like FERPA and the Parents' Bill of Rights) that explain your legal rights in detail.
These documents clearly explain what information is collected about your child, who can see it, and how you can review or correct it. We encourage you to review these materials to be fully informed about how your child's information is protected.
