Notes for all sports:
- All returning players who did not yet submit a physical must complete one from the psal.org website and bring it to the first practice. Note that only the PSAL medical form can be accepted as a physical.
- A new parental consent form is required for all players. Parental consents must be submitted for each new sport a student-athlete participates in.
- All required forms are located on theQueens HS Complex website, and at the bottom of this email. Forms should be brought to practice on the first day to avoid participation delays. Players must complete 8 practices after the date of physical and parental forms before being eligible for a game.
We hope to see many incoming freshmen and new sophomores come out for a Fall sport! Official games begin the first week of school so we need our teams to be ready in August.
